Currently working as a Backend Software Engineer at Awardco, where I spend my days architecting APIs, optimizing database queries, and building systems that can handle real-world scale.
When I'm not in the code editor, you'll find me exploring new technologies, working on side projects, or having fun with friends and family.

Backend Engineer III
- Overhauled the AI translation framework, enabling its move from beta to full production deployment with enhanced performance and stability.
Applications Developer
- Delivered full stack development expertise in Java and Spring Boot, with a focus on supporting web services and backend functionality, allowing key company initiatives to scale effectively.
- Launched an API to integrate external vendors under tight deadlines, successfully fulfilling key contracts and ensuring seamless collaboration with outside partners.
- Spearheaded a comprehensive modernization of the existing codebase by leading projects and training on best practices which eliminated hundreds of unnecessary files, and led to an improved developer experience.
